Projected Professional Direct Unsubsidized Student Loan Interest Rate?

Just wanted to know if anyone has read or heard anything in regards to projected interests rates for the professional direct unsubsidized loans for the upcoming school years in 2016 and 2017. The interest rate this school year has been set at 6.21%. Last year it was 5.41% and from 2006-2013 it was 6.8%.

It is set to change with the 10-year US treasury rate. It is the 10 year + 3.6% for graduate loans (not grad plus) with a cap of 9.5%. Where the 10-year heads in a year or two can depend on a lot of things and while no one knows the answer for sure, there is plenty of speculation out there.
