I know the NBME forms 1 to 6 can be accessed online, but can someone take the same assessment tests at a prometric center? If yes, how much extra do they cost, considering that the NBME test costs 45 a pop?

As far as I know there's a free test that you can get online (through NBME?) that you can take at the prometric center for something like $45/48. I don't think that you can take NMBE 1-6 at a prometric center. Anyone else know?

The NBME questions can't be taken at Prometric, just the set of (outdated and excessively easy) questions you can download for free.

Where do I access NBME 1-6? Are these the same as the CBSSAs that you can also buy from NBME?

Yes, CBSSA 1-6 = NBME 1-6
