Does anyone know of a good prometric site that uses pencil and paper in the SF Bay area location, preferably in the south bay maybe Palo Alto... thanks

I'm wondering the same thing. Hey I guess we can split up the work and call each prometric center one by one and ask them. But I feel like if you really know your stuff (which I don't) then the marker / laminated paper wouldn't make such a big difference.

I know for a fact that the Prometeric center off Saratoga and Moorepark uses markers. Not sure where any other centers are.

yea thats where im scheduled to take it right now moorepark but i hate that place they are hella mean there and their markers suck @ss...ill call the palo alto one tomorrow, palo alto is more old school so they will prob use pencil and paper...

Why does silicon valley have to be the most technologically advanced city in the US??? WHYYYYY, why cant they just be old school and use good ol' pencil and paper

i mean the place is legit but the only thing that bothers me are the markers...they can destroy your score, specially math where you use the bulk of the pen

I feel ya. I have been practicing with the marker and dry eraser board, and I simply hate the thing. I called a few testing centers around my area and they all told me they have to use the laminated papers because they were instructed to by the ADA. One place wouldnt even let me know what kind of markers they used 👎.

yea seriously, i want to send ADA a letter telling them how much they such and how much its not fair but they would probably not let me into dental school 😡

go to SF downtown! The best customer service ever! free earplugs!

btw, i didnt think markers were that thick. the one i got at the sf center was very thin and they asked me if i want replacement during break time.
