Prometric reading comprehension interface

In the reading comprehension section of the DAT, when you click to view the next question, does the passage jump back to the beginning? For example, if I am looking at paragraph 7 and click on next, would the passage jump back to paragraph 1? I noticed that it doesn't do this in Topscore but it does in the prometric tutorial online.

Also, is there an exhibit to view the entire passage? It mentioned nothing about this in the tutorial.
