Hey guys. does anyone have any Prometric horror or success stories? My friend had her test reschedule at the last minute in the first week of September. They filled out the reimbursement form with receipts and documentation the following week and havent heard anything since. They've called Prometric 5 separate times and emailed them 3 times to no avail, each phone conversation ending with either, we'll call you back within 48 hours, or that you'll be receiving an email response the same day. Unfortunately, Prometric hasn't taken any of these steps and seems to be eluding it's responsibility in providing reimbursement as they assured when the test was rescheduled. If you guys have any helpful tips or advice it would be appreciated, thanks!
