Prometric Rescheduling? Can't find dates?

I'm looking to reschedule my Step 2 CK exam. When I check for availability of test dates through , I'm finding plenty in the months that I'm looking for. However, when I check for available dates via the rescheduling options, none in the month I want are there. Now, the month that I want is beyond my eligibility period from NBME. Is that the reason these other dates aren't appearing, or is there discrepancy between "search for availability" and the "reschedule or cancel an appointment" option on Prometric's website?
