Hi All,
I'm in an intriguing situation. My mortgage is in the process of underwriting (I'm a non-trad so I think I will qualify) for a house. If I fill out the master promissary note beforehand, I'll lose the mortgage I think. When's the latest I can fill it out? Orientation begins July 9th for me.
