Greetings fellow dentists,

For caapid and schools that need proof of your work, being a dental assistant or observership... How do you provide proof of this to ensure that for you really did this for a year for example ?

Get a signed letter from dental office with the details, on letterhead with all contact details.
One must always keep a proof of all the work done (volunteer or paid).

There are chances that interview panel will not consider or look at it during interview, but you can try carrying it during interview and talk to the interview coordinator. It will also be good to keep it as reference for other univ's you are applying to.
