Pros and Cons and Post Bac?

Is anybody in or know about the GEMS (Georgetown), the UConn or the Southern Illinios post bac programs? What are the pros and what are the cons to these programs?

There is a thread about the GEMS program on the underrepresented healthcare forum, and I applied to both GEMS and UConn. I still have not heard back from UConn though.
