Pros and cons of practicing in Florida

Hi! Lately I keep hearing that practicing in Florida may be a less than positive experience given a so-called litigation-happy community and crime rates, etc. For any of you who completed clinicals there or have/do practice there, do you mind sharing your general thoughts on the culture and pros/cons of practicing there? Any input is appreciated! Thanks in advance.
