Not really something to worry about right now. You'll figure out broadly whether you want to do something procedural or not, then you'll start narrowing it down in third year and stuff. You might like the idea of surgery but find that you hate it once you actually get in the OR, or vice versa. Thinking about it now won't really help you.

Once you find work that really interests you, it won't matter how much it pays or how much you work. You'll do it because you enjoy it.
