Prosthodontics Internship: advice needed

Hello,
I’m a foreign trained dentist looking to apply for a Prosthodontics residency at the 2020 cycle.

Has anyone of you guys done any internships prior to the residency applications? Could you share your experience and which university that was please? Also, how long did you stay? Obviously the longer the better, but I think 3 months seems like a more feasible period for me.

I am thinking of applying for an internship at the OSU but I would consider other universities as well. They also have an internship in Implant and Prosthodontics research which I found interesting.

I would be grateful for any thoughts, opinions and advice on the matter🙂

UCLA offers preceptorships. Other than that, the best thing is probably to contact the program directors directly to ask.
