So getting a bit confused here reading feralis notes; probably need a break.

Amino acids are placed starting from the 5’ end of the mRNA and move all the way down to the 3’ end. tRNA codons for matching are 3’ to 5’.Can occur simultaneously with transcription in prokaryotes, but not in eukaryotes. Multiple ribosomes may simultaneously translate 1 mRNA.

Bolded part means transcription and translation can occur in prokaryotes but not for eukaryotes right?

and could multiple ribosomes translate 1 mRNA for both prokaryotes and eukaryotes?

Yes and yes. Euks got a nucleus which prevents this; they usually do some post-transcriptional modification first.

aside: Euks are monocistronic and Proks can be polycistronic in regards to gene expression and transcription

What about this one?

Tandem repeats abnormally long stretches of back to back repetitive sequences w/in affected gene (e.g. Huntington’s).

What does he mean by e.g. huntington's? Does he mean that huntington's is cause by mutation in those areas?

Huntington's is caused by those repetitive sequences. To many of those sequences can be bad.
