This 30ish female paralegal patient with lupus came to me crying asking for help for neck ulcer of 11 years. I told her it’s not what I do but it should be easy enough to try it. She has had multiple surgeries including Z-plasty. She was on high doses of meds including Duragesic from another pain doc I know. The first picture is dated from this week. The other three are chronological starting from October then December then January. I did two PRP injections....October and January, including subcutaneous as well as dermaroller around the surrounding areas. I was very conservative on the first treatment. 2nd one was slightly more aggressive....and was free.

That's amazing results! Can you post what kind of PRP you used? What type of processing? Did you do platelet counts before/after?

it was pure PRP....we make it manually, no kits, no counting. Im still waiting on the hemocytometer that my buddy promised to tell me which one he uses.

That does look like an incredible result! How is her pain?

she couldn’t work before and her attorney boss was losing patience. But she says she’s working again....I think she’s on MSContin 15 bid and Vicodin 5 bid prn. That’s our next conversation....weaning.
