I am stuck at a 9 for PS. What can I do to get 10+ ????

4. Know every formula within the AAMC guideline

I know your probably tired of hearing this, but I m no expert. I say practice to the sun comes up. Are you identifying and mapping the passage. I like kaplan STOP, THINK, and PREDICT strategy for getting through the passage. Be able to identify the question types such as retrieval question which forces you to go back to the passage. There are stand alone questions that you need to know your sh$%6t! and the questions that illustrate a concept in relation to the passage.
