I know there was a thread, but since both of those people on the previous thread did not reply. I will put this message out there. I have read at least two members' PS, so it is time for other people to help, please 🙂

I would like some people to read my PS for some remarks/ comments for improvement.

Reply and I will PM you. I prefer dental students and/or people that have applied, but as of right now, anyone is fine.

First, http://forums.studentdoctor.net/profile.php?do=editprofile to change your status, should be a little bit down on the page in a block called additional information.

I suggest you send a PM to the others you didnt. You cant assume that one or two of them are free, they might be busy with other PSs, and there is absolutely no harm in bugging all of them at once the first time to see who bites.

Unfortunately I am out of the country and moving around a bit, at least for the next 3 weeks, so I am unable to review any PS. I hope you find someone.

It matters in that it helps identify your professional goal and where you are in the process for others when you post questions, etc. Often times people raise eyebrows or question when they see someone posting within a forum that doesn't correspond with their self-identified status, whether for good or bad.

If you'd rather be more anonymous about it, for whatever reason, or are undecided, you could simply pick Other or just pre-health student.
