Not really. A lot of people graduate high school with some sort of transfer credit now a days. Take some gen ed requirements to get them out of the way.

This. Sure, it adds a little extra pizazz to your app, but it's really not incredibly uncommon anymore. When I was doing PSEO I took Spanish 1, 2, 3, and 4 (the CC I did it at was still on quarters) to get my foreign language req. out of the way, sociology, psychology, philosophy, a few math classes, etc. Pro tip: look at the gen eds requirements at colleges you are thinking about applying to, use transfer.org to see what classes will transfer and fulfil some of those requirements at said colleges, and plan what to take through PSEO accordingly. Best of luck to you. 👍

well thats true but do you think then you have more time to study for the harder classes?

well now that you guys have crushed all my hopes and dreams🙂, do you guys think that PSEO can help me be more competitive for an undergraduate college?

Haha, sorry bud 🙂 And yeah, undergrad apps are actually what I was referring to when I was talking about it adding a little pizzazz to your application. Sorry I wasn't exactly clear there.

i was thinking about this the other day: does taking a PSEO class prepare for an AP exam of the same subject?
