Ok so I know you have to keep PSE behind the counter and can only sell it to people by taking their ID and logging it electronically in NPLEX. However, a tech of mine did not know this and sold it without logging it. Will I be getting in trouble or will the pharmacy owner/PDM be getting in trouble.

Unless someone reports this, you will not be struck by a bolt of lightning. But you must make sure your staff is trained appropriately.

it's extremely unlikely that a single incidence will get you in trouble. Worse case scenario, the person buying it gets busted for meth and tells the police that So and So Pharmacy sells it without checking any ID's or logbooks. But isn't training of all personnel handling Sudafed mandatory by federal law? Make sure all your technicians & cashiers are trained so this doesn't happen again.
