It doesn't look like any other awards would affect PSLF. In most cases, if you are planning at working at a site that has HPSA score to continue qualifying for NHSC Loan Forgiveness anyway, waiting on PSLF is going to cost you significantly more money in the long run. I recommend finishing NHSC scholarship obligation and then applying for loan forgiveness to pay of the rest of your debt.
