Do NHSC sites qualify for PSLF ( if we've already received an NHSC award] for any remaining undergraduate loans?

I am pretty sure PSLF would not be affected by whether someone received NHSC funds.

It doesn't look like any other awards would affect PSLF. In most cases, if you are planning at working at a site that has HPSA score to continue qualifying for NHSC Loan Forgiveness anyway, waiting on PSLF is going to cost you significantly more money in the long run. I recommend finishing NHSC scholarship obligation and then applying for loan forgiveness to pay of the rest of your debt.
