Almost all of them, because you're typically paid by the hospital or the medical school affiliated with the hospital. You're better off starting a list of programs that DON'T qualify (like any HCA paid program).

Attending jobs are harder because a lot of people, even if they work for a non-profit hospital, are paid through a for-profit physicians group.
