PSU Post Bac/or find an SMP?

Hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone had any knowledge on this Post-Bac program? You do not receive a certificate but can receive a second degree, in a science major. I was going to choose Biology. I already have a Bachelor in Health Sciences as a Respiratory Therapist. Current stats: Cumulative 3.3 GPA and Science 3.34 - was looking at this program. Would it be better to look for a SMP? Thanks for whatever help can be given.
