Hi everyone, I was wondering how you all tackle studying for the Psy/Soc section. Specific Anki decks? Review books/videos? I have not heard the best from the Kaplan book. TIA

There's a pdf somewhere online showing everything with the MCAT curriculum.

I'd argue Psy/Soc is a very high yield section. I took notes from some study guide and reviewed questions and only missed about 1 question or so on test day. Without that boost my MCAT would not be what it was.

Unfortunately I don't remember exactly which study guide it was, but it was definitely a big pdf that you could scroll down with details on all the sections of the MCAT.

thanks!

Dang, nah I don't think it was that long or it would have taken me way longer. I think this was the one I used. Goes over a lot of general topics and I think I spent about 2 weeks during a summer taking notes on parts of it, reviewing my notes, and then finally taking and reviewing practice tests around the week before the exam. I think it worked because I got over 90th percentile on that attempt supposedly after doing not nearly as well the first time. Took me about a month specifically studying for it. I did CASPR and some other stuff in that time as well but mainly MCAT (my CASPR sucked though ngl but it got rehauled with an interview section that year which I erroneously thought was unscored)

From a google drive on reddit, about 90 slides which I think was right
