title is a little decieving.
they are postulating that a "small but significant fraction of cases" of psychosis develop the condition from an autoimmune disease, most likely postinfectious, and treating it with immune globulin and then rituxamib.
it suggests 1 in 12. seems reasonable to do testing and treat if positive. however, case reports at this point and this article is about the study to be done.
