No, but I know NYU and Brown have them. I think it would be a good option if you're considerin neuropsych as a career and the two fields complement each other. I did neuropsych during my clerkship, and having a neurology background would make one a better diagnostician since you are looking at a lot of MRI's and functional imaging like SPECT, PET, and fMRI. I guess you can do psych and then an informal neuropsych fellowship, too. other than that, i cannot be of more help.
