Please suggest a good course that can help with Part I board review(old format) first time prep. Which is the best ? I hear that Kaufman course was a very intensive brush up on psychiatry and neurology; I need something like that.

A few people I know are using an online question bank called boardvitals.com and really like it. They have a demo video on their homepage that looks pretty good, similar to USMLEworld or Kaplan Qbank
