Psychiatric eval structure help requested

I recently started my psychiatry rotation and while overall I'm enjoying it and trying to do my best I also feel a bit lost. I have some psychology background, but the context was significantly more free form. We never were really given an overall structure for a psychiatric evaluation in my clinical medicine courses comparable to COLDERASS plus allergies, surgical history, etc. for medical concerns. I've read the relevant section of First Aid for Psychiatry, but it seems bare bones in that respect for where I'm at. Any tips, or recommendations for resources would be appreciated.

Are you doing inpatient or outpatient psych? I have a few documents my preceptor gave me that we're pretty helpful in my write ups for impatient psych. You can PM me your email and I can send them to you if that would help
