Any suggestions on good books or other resources regarding psychiatric visual diagnosis (eg, clothing, tattoos, mannerisms, etc). More generally, I'd be interested in learning about any particularly good interviewing trick/books you all might know of.

General Psychopathology I - Karl Jaspers

Most compressive account of phenomenology of psychiatric sings and symptoms of which I know.
 
It should be stated, of course, that visual diagnosis is no substitute for phrenology, no matter how telling a Rage Against the Machine t-shirt might be.
