does anyone know about this field?

is it synonymous with corporate, workplace, or industrial psychiatry?

how does one enter into this subset of psychiatry? is there additional training needed (i.e forensic psychiatry fellowship? occupational medicine fellowship? MPH? MBA?)

I've said this before about other things, but it's worth saying again...
"I'd rather claw my eyes out with a rusty pitchfork."

I've never heard these two words together, but the image that immediately pops to mind is of interminable disability evaluations. If this is your cup of hemlock, then probably electives in occupational medicine and a forensic psychiatry fellowship (emphasis on civil forensics) would be good training. Then again, you may just want to sandpaper your corneas instead...
