psychiatry in switzerland non EU and jobs lists website

please can anyone give me the website that lists all open residency jobs/positions that are unfilled in switzerland?
Does anyone know if it's tough to get into psychiatry for non EU? and which positions really remain unfilled by EU or swiss graduates??

It's almost impossible to get into Switzerland as a non-EU graduate. Sorry.

Perhaps if you've worked in Germany or a European Francophone country for a couple of years, then it might be possible (but you'd still need to be an EU citizen.)
