Hi, what are some activities or jobs I can get to improve my application for Psychiatry residency? thanks
 
One thing that looks good is when you spend some of your free time studying really hard, then do really well in your classes and step 1
 
I worked as a night manager at a board and care for the mentally ill. I can still identify most psych meds by sight, and I saw a lot of pathology.
