PsychPrep audio is grating, no?

I downloaded the free sample of the PsychPrep materials for the EPPP to review what they have to offer. I'm troubled to find out that, at least for my auditory tastes, the voice and intonation of the lecturer on the audio is quite grating. I'm certain I would not be able to sit through hours of these. However, audio materials are important to me, since I have the opportunity to listen and learn during car rides and such.

Am I the only one that found PsychPrep's audio material unpleasant to listen to? How would you compare Academic Review's audio lectures? Anyone else have good audio material to learn from?
