I am not a Physical therapist, (going down the physical therapy track in my undergrad) but still wanted to hear some thoughts about "one80 Physical Therapy." Is "neuromuscular inhibition" really the root of the problems patients have? Just curious of what people make of this guy and his bashing of PT conventional wisdom. Thanks!

lmao is this for real? What's actually so special about his method of working? Of course every PT will treat the patient as individuals and not use a general solution for all their problems - as there is no such thing even.
