Hey,
I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to read this posting and please feel free to share any ideas creative or not from the top of your head or if you had prior experience doing something like this.
So our university has Health Event where all the health professions - PA, PHARM, OT, MED, NURSE, Exercise, ETC ETC - partipate in for the students and faculty. I some how got put in charge for the our table and I've seen what prior students have donein the past and wasn't really impressed - they do balance competitions and grip strength with the dyno...
I would like to display what PT really means, but I'm searching my options and reaching out to anyone for fresh ideas. What have you done? Screens? Education? Examinations? Fun activities?
I was atleast thinking about doing quick postural screens for people that come to our table to learn more abou the profession. I would love to do shoulder screens and everything, but we won't have a professor all the time and all though we're 3rd year students, we're still students and limited by law.
I'll be checking back frequently, any thoughts are welcomed 🙂 .
