Hello everyone. I have 3 separate semesters from which I withdrew from all of my classes. The real reason was mental health, which I finally got some help with. Is saying "I had some issues with my health that I have now resolved" sufficient? This question pertains to the part of the application that asks "Does your academic record accurately reflect your capabilities?" and to the interview process. Or should I just not mention it at all?

Thanks.

I think it would be important to discuss, because if you don't mention it, to me it's like you're hiding something. Just say you had personal health issues that affected you directly and unfortunately you had to withdraw to focus on solving those problems versus battling through it and letting your grades suffer.
