Can anyone give any insight on the value of working for a PT Owned and Operated clinic? Your comments are greatly appreciated.

The pay is usually better, and there tends to be more freedom in treatment (ie, more time with patients is possible per visit).
However, the stability tends to be poor. If the owner decides to increase or maintain his/her salary at the expense of letting go of an employee- there is nothing that wont allow that to happen. Working in more of an inpatient hospital setting creates less freedom and pay, but the stability of hours and employment is there.
