came across this case. Although what the psychologist did was way out of line, the patient doesn’t necessarily sound to be the best of character either. Sounds like he got mad he didn’t win a big lawsuit award so he sued his psychologist instead. And what was he doing video recording sessions? Bet he sent this to the news too.

He loaned the patient money?!? That is ridiculous.

And then made a written contract with him to pay it back via falsifying records to exaggerate a claim for damages from a car accident plus 5% kickback on award > $1k. That is ludicrous.
