Are there any PT schools that start in the spring?

The only one that I know of is mine at CUNY (although the application deadlines are already finished). The program is split between Hunter College (which starts in the Summer) and the College of Staten Island (which starts in the Spring). Both programs/curriculum are basically identical besides different professors and campus, and both programs receive their degrees through the CUNY Graduate Center. Here's the link to the program

2.Elon University
3.University of St. Augustine
