I submitted my PTCAS application in September. But when I submitted it, I did not input the classes for the fall and spring semester, and now I'm not able to add in the classes for those semesters. I have, however, gotten invited for interviews. Should I contact the schools and tell them about this issue and update them on my grades, when it comes time to do so?

You should be able to update coursework and grades during PTCAS' academic update window that starts in Dec. See: http://www.ptcas.org/UpdatingFallCourses/
