PTCAS Errors...

I have just e-submitted my PTCAS application, but am still waiting on references.

Anyways, it turns out that one of the reasons I'm still waiting is because one of my references never got the evaluation request email from PTCAS. When I double checked my email for the PTCAS automated email confirming that I had actually sent the request to the PT, I noticed that the email was just a huge wall of text (this is actually the second time I've gotten that email, but for something completely unrelated).

Has anyone else had this happen?

Also, is there a way to have PTCAS resend the email without re-entering my reference's information?
 
That happened to me once I typed in my references emails, saved and sent the request. The response I received from PTCAS was just a bunch of text saying something like "look for details," something like that. But fortunately, I did receive confirmation that 2 of my references received it and already sent in their LOR's.

You may want to ask them to check their Spam or junk mail too. Before I e-submitted I was able to delete a reference and then add another one. Hope that helps.
 
PTCAS is quick and helpful if you call their customer service number. I also had issues with emails, and they fixed it immediately. I found their number when they posted on others' questions on their facebook page, but it should be on the application somewhere.
 
Yes I just got an email back from them -- they said that if I give them the name, they will be able to re-send the email. In general I have found PTCAS to be very quick and helpful over email. But, it's helpful to watch out for this if any of you do notice an email like this.
