My question is if I should include my attendance to the my local annual fundraiser walk to end epilepsy in the experiences under volunteer work. PTCAS provides the following information regarding volunteer experience:
"Volunteer work done outside of the health care field; for example, working for Habitat for Humanity, tutoring students, participating in or working for a fundraiser walk or blood drive, etc."
The fundraiser is once a year and I dont help with the set up or organization of the event or anything, I just participate in the event. Is this strong enough to add?
Thanks for any and all insight!
