PTCAS not submitting? Bug?

I am ready to submit applications, but the submit box is greyed out, although I've got green check marks everywhere. I've gone back and checked over everything a few times and sent in an email to ptcas. Is this a known bug?
I had a bug with the reference requests and they send me a work-around for that. Anyone know a work-around to enable submission?

did you apply for the fee waiver and are waiting on a decision?

yup im in the same predicament. when did you initially apply for it. I did it on the first day and haven't heard back yet

I applied the first day as well. I'm concerned with the rolling admissions if some schools might select candidates before we hear back... maybe it's worth it to just not do it and submit asap?

I was just thinking the same. It is only $145 we're saving after all

UPDATE:
I just received the fee waiver and i'm able to submit now!
