PTCAS Oct. 1st Deadline Question

So for schools who are under PTCAS and have their deadlines on October 1st. Does that mean PTCAS has to be submitted and completely processed by Oct. 1st? Or to just be submitted to PTCAS?

I believe it means that everything must be processed, verified, and received by 8/1. I am applying so I haven't gone through the whole process yet, but that's from what I understand.

Alright, I thought so, but that now kind of worries me and yeah I'm trying to rush to get things in to get processed. If anyone else knows or can verify Mtru6's answer, please let us know! But definitely appreciate your response!

From PTCAS instructions:

Submit your PTCAS application and arrange for materials to arrive at PTCAS by the program’s deadline. The deadline indicates when materials must arrive at PTCAS (and NOT the program).
