PTCAS pre-GPA question

Hi guys, first time using PTCAS and I am kinda confused regarding Pre-GPA.

I am planning to apply to D'youville and they sent me a document listing the prereqs.

does that mean when designating courses to for prereqs in PTCAS, I can pick my best classes? Because chemistry can mean Chem I and II or intro to organic chem and thermodynamics.

I ask this because I did much better in organic chem and thermodynamics.
