PTCAS: Program Materials Prereqs

Okay so on the program's materials page there is the tabs for prereqs for each school, when I am filling that out if I took A&P twice would I pick both or just the one with the highest grade? I know on the main transcript page you put in every single class even if you repeated one but don't know if that applies to the program's materials prereq page.
