I have read over the instructions but was not to sure of the processing. I currently have two schools in the system and only one transcript has arrived. Am I allowed to submit my application without my other transcript being processed or in the system? I have requested for it to be sent it just hasn't arrived yet.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can submit even if your one transcript has not yet arrived. They will just wait to process until the transcript actually gets there. Just make sure all your other sections are complete before clicking at e-submit button!
