I have a quick question about ptcas. I'm sorry if this question was asked before, but i wanted to know if i submit my application, without my pt hours being there. Can I update them later ?

Yes, you can. If you look on the PTCAS instructions, under the section "what happens next", then "post submission changes to your application", you will see that you can update your observation hours later. PTCAS will still release your completed application to your schools without this information finished, as many schools allow you complete your hours after their application deadline.
