Hey guys, just had a quick question when calculating prereq gpa. Do you know if ptcas and schools usually average the repeats when calculating prereq gpa? Or do they throw in all attempts of a course when calculating (I know they do this for cumulative)?

It varies.

PTCAS averages the repeats in their calculation of prereq GPA. Some schools use this PTCAS GPA, some schools calculate their own and average repeats, some schools take the highest grade, some take the newest grade.
