I am a foreign trained PT, completed NPTE and was looking for PTLA positions in bay area in CA. One of the corporate private PT, offered me a PTLA position for $ 20/hr.

I am trying to find out on an average how much PTLA jobs are paid ?

Any insight/detail is appreciated!

they're ripping you off... If you're qualified to get your PT license (and not PTA) than they should be paying at least 35/hr

They are ripping him off, however, as a foreign graduate, OP must perform PTLA hours up to a tune of 6 months or so for full credentialing in CA. The facility acts as a sponsor.
