Public Health Thesis Topics?

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for some advice about potential thesis topics for my public health major.

Ideally, I'd like to engage an research that revolves around clinical medicine or transnational research.

Off the top of my head: perhaps looking at the prevalence or incidence of motor vehicle collisions experienced during the summer at a trauma center at an urban/city hospital. I mean that's how badly I need advice. I want to eventually go to medical school, and hopefully I can perform research that is relevant to clinical medicine.

Go beyond that.

Just a thought off the top of my head...

Look at the incidence of incorrectly installed car seats in a rural vs urban area, then correlate with the frequency of infant injuries during motor vehicle accidents in the rural vs urban area.
